Joan Donley D’Amore, age 86, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL after a long illness. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late Edna May Donley and Steven O’Brian. She was married to the late Dr. James D’Amore, Jr., for over 62 years and is survived by their five (5) children, James Steven D’Amore, Mark Steven D’Amore, Dawn Lynne Flynn, Jeffrey Steven D’Amore, Sr., and Beau Steven D’Amore: and their 11 grandchildren: Brittany D’Amore, Anthony Bernard, Colleen Marie D’Amore-Granda, Meghan Patrice D’Amore, James Gauthier D’Amore, Samantha Giovanna Polizzi, Brianna Kearns D’Amore, Hailey Donley D’Amore, Jeffrey Steven D’Amore, Jr., Marcus Aurelius D’Amore, and Tessa Marie D’Amore; and their 4 great grandchildren: Amelia Granda, Elouise Granda, Luca Bernard, and Frankie Bernard.
Private funeral services for Joan will be held at a later date. Please make any memorial donations to an accredited Alzheimer’s Research or Treatment facility in your area.
