

Linda M. Guld passed away on July 24, 2026. Linda was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Charles and Marian McLaughlin. She spent much of her life on Long Beach Island and in Stafford Township, New Jersey, communities she loved and where she built a family, lasting friendships and cherished memories.
Linda was the founder of University Title Agency in Manahawkin, New Jersey, where she dedicated two decades of exceptional service before her retirement. Her daughter, Tara, has since carried the business forward, growing it into an even greater success.
A dedicated volunteer throughout her life, Linda generously gave her time and talents to a number of organizations and causes important to her. In retirement, she enjoyed spending time at Jonathan's Landing in Jupiter, Florida, where she formed many close friendships. She loved playing golf and cards, embracing both with enthusiasm, good humor, and a competitive spirit.
Linda was a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, where she served as Grand Cross of Color.
Linda is survived by her husband and best friend, Michael Konkler; her daughters, Tara and Tammy; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Harrison, Addison, Amelia, and Abby.
Linda is remembered with love by her family and the many friends who knew her throughout her life.
Services will be held privately for immediate family in New Jersey.
