Mario was born in Andretta, Italy on May 17, 1934, to Vincenzo and Maria Rosa Guglielmo (nee Caserta). He was an accomplished cabinet maker who inspired his many apprentices. At the age of 17, he moved to Venezuela, where he worked for 3 years before returning to Andretta to marry his wife, Antonietta, of 69 years. In 1959, Mario moved his family to Toronto, Canada, where he grew his successful cabinet business and raised his children. In 1991, Mario moved his family to Florida where they spent the last 35 years enjoying the fruits of his labor and his family.
Mario’s charm and charisma were second to none; coupled with his sense of humor, he made friends everywhere he went. His passion for life was evident, and his personality lit up every room he entered. Mario was warm, kind, and generous, always putting the needs of others before his own. He was adored by his family.
