Mary Louise Alford

77, of Jupiter passed away on March 31, 2013. Born in Richmond, Virginia on March 18, 1936 to Stewart M. Vest and Josephine Prichett who preceded her in death.

Mary Lou partnered with her husband owning Alford Air Conditioning . She was a former stewardess for Delta Airlines. She was First Class trained for DC8 jets. Mary Lou was a ballet dancer in her childhood. She was a ballet instructor in her adult years. Mary Lou also taught rhythmic dancing to deaf children. Mary Lou was a member of Chapter EH-PEO and Sustainer, as well as the Junior League of the Palm Beaches.

Survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Ricker Alford, Jr. of Jupiter, FL; loving daughter H. Renee Alford of Jupiter, FL, Son Ricker Alford III and wife Ilene of Hilo, Hawaii, Son J. Mark Alford and wife Melissa of Tequesta, FL; Granddaughters Camry Schusler, Gabriel Alford, Cove Alford, and Corlyn Alford; Brothers Theodore Vest and wife Connie of Deltaville, VA, Robert Vest and wife Barbara of Deltaville, Virginia, sister-in-law Nina A. Bruner and husband Gerald of Melbourne, FL, sister-in-law Barbara Vest. Preceded in death by her brother Stewart Vest.

Family will receive guests on Saturday, April 6th at 1:30 pm with funeral services to start at 2 PM, Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, Tequesta.
