Mrs. Hulme was born in London, England on September 14, 1927 to the late Bertraum Shaw and Ellen Shaw. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband; James Hulme. Mary and her husband Jim had the adventure of their lives by sailing from Mamaroneck, New York to St. Thomas Virgin Islands on their boat “Standby”. It took them over a year to make the trip with all their stops and encounters along the way. They spent twenty-five wonderful and exciting years in St. Thomas “Living The Dream”
Survivors include her daughter; Carol Coopersmith, son; Barry Coopersmith, granddaughter; Jodi Schultz, grandson; Scott Schultz; great granddaughter; Sydney Schultz also survived by a host of loving family and friends in Florida and England.
