Michael’s unwavering spirit, positive outlook, and love for his family inspired all who knew him. He cherished his wife, Deborah, and their bond was a shining example of true partnership. He was a devoted father to Genelle and a doting grandfather to Alexa and Dylan, creating cherished memories with them.
Michael’s impact extended beyond his family, as he was a pillar of strength and inspiration to his friends and community. His infectious laughter, kind heart, and genuine interest in others made him a beloved figure.
Though Michael may no longer be with us, his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us. Let us remember him for his unwavering love, strength and ability to bring joy to those around him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Cooley; a daughter, Genelle Gordon; son in law, Steve Gordon, and grandchildren, Alexa and Dylan Gordon.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Progressive Nuclear Palsy Foundation in honor of Michael’s memory.
