Dear Charlotte,

I was so sad to receive your email that Ross had passed away. He was a wonderful neighbour and friend, and I well remember the long discussions that he and Steve enjoyed. (accounting and golf, I think!).
Your many friends, and lovely family will be there to support you.
Most sincerely, XO. Carole.
