Nichole was a true Florida girl at heart and loved wearing her Lilly and Jack Rogers. She loved the beach, boating and sunshine. Her smile was contagious, and her kind and loving heart touched everyone who knew her.
Nichole lived each day to the fullest with humor and fun. The simplest pleasures in life made her very happy and content. Being a mother and a wife was her true gift, and she took immense pride in creating a beautiful home for her family. Their recent move to Okeechobee brought her boundless joy as well as tending to her chickens, barefoot and in Lilly, in true Nichole fashion. She also loved quiet evenings with family and friends and creating special memories with loved ones.
Nichole is survived by her childhood sweetheart and love of her life, Joseph Hershey. Together they had their son, Landon, the absolute greatest joy of her life. She is also survived by her parents, Jeanne and Cliff Starrett; her brother, Clifford Starrett III; paternal grandmother, Danise Starrett; In-laws, Chuck and Julie Hershey; Brother-in-law, Paul Hershey and his two daughters June and Cora; Grandparents-in-laws, Jim and Shirley Fegley; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and friends who loved her dearly and her beloved dog, Elsie.
She is preceded in death by her baby sister, Natalie; Grampa S; Grampa G; Gigi and her uncle, Dale.
A Celebration of Life will be held on October 11, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Dubois Park Pavilion, 19075 Dubois Rd, Jupiter, FL 33477. To honor Nichole’s vibrant and cheerful personality, please feel free to wear your favorite Lilly or brightly colored attire to celebrate the love she spread to each and every one of us.
