Born on February 26th, 1945 in Malone New York. Patricia passed away on June 4th, 2012 in Jupiter, Florida where she had been a long time resident. She had worked and retired from Jupiter Medical Center for many years. Patricia loved to go for walks, shoot pool and collect cookie jars and rocks from around the world.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father. Her survivors are her sons Clifton ( Skip ) Tavernia and his wife Tina, Douglas Tavernia, Thomas ( Bones ) Tavernia, and Peter Tavernia and his wife Carrie, along with 11 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
The family has asked in lieu of flowers that a contribution be made to the Hospice of the Palm Beach County Inc. 5300 East Ave. West Palm Beach, Florida 33407.
Friends are invited to meet with the family on Saturday June 9th from 3 pm to 4 pm at the Aycock Funeral Home located at 1112 Military Trail in Jupiter.
