Robert D. Stutevoss, Jr., 87, of Jupiter, FL, passed away on April 22, 2019. He was born in West Palm Beach, FL, on November 19, 1931 to Robert and Ruth Stutevoss. Robert was married to his loving wife Beverly Mayo, and when not traveling together they called North Palm Beach, FL their home. As a Florida Native, Robert graduated from Palm Beach High School. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War, and later earned a Business Degree from Louisiana State University.
In youth, Robert started working for Cheney Brothers alongside his father. After his time in the Air Force, he entered his long career in banking, working for Midland Guardian, 1st Marine Bank, 1st American Bank and then retiring after many years with Community Savings.
Robert was an avid fisherman, a Miami Dolphin Fan, and enjoyed all other sports. He was also a member of The First Presbyterian Church in North Palm Beach, FL.
Robert is survived by his wife, Beverly Mayo, children, Michael and David Stutevoss, Robin (David) Logan, step children, Dana (John) George, Bradley and Deanna Mayo, grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Ashley) and Bryan (Haleigh) Stutevoss, Janelle and Aubrey Logan, great-grandchildren, Kevin and Kendall Stutevoss and seven step grandchildren, Timothy and Olivia George, Taylor, Amanda Lynn, Austin (Hillary), Alyssa and Denver Mayo.
He will be dearly missed by the entire family.
His life will be celebrated at Aycock Funeral Home in Jupiter, FL, on Friday at 10 am.
