Mr. Hoffmann was born on January 13, 1960 to the late Robert John Hoffmann and Maria Katherine Meyn Hoffmann. Mr. Hoffmann was an executive chef for the Old Key Lime House in Lantana, Florida.
Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Hoffmann, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, sister, Vickie Hoffmann, Kensington, Maryland, sister-in-law, Valerie Schmedes, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, niece, Lindsay Schmedes, Hoboken, New Jersey, and nephew, Timothy Schmedes, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Visitation with the Hoffmann family will begin on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 from 6:00pm until 8:00 pm and on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 10:00 am until services time at 11:00 am.
