Suei Yuen Lien was born in Taichung, Taiwan, in 1932. He graduated from National Taiwan University, and received a PhD in Material Science from the University of Minnesota. After college, he married Hosanna Wu and they moved to West Windsor, New Jersey. He worked at Western Electric for 10 years.
He and Hosanna then opened a popular Asian restaurant in Pennington, New Jersey, for over 25 years. Later, they settled in Wellington and had a condo in Stuart. They were longtime members of Palm Beach Chinese Christian Church.
Suei Yuen is survived by his nephews John & Peter, niece Christina, and great nephews Justin, Nicholas, Jack, & Alex.
Visitation will be held at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458, US, on October 10, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
