I am so sorry for your loss and for the loss of a truly wonderful person and one of the best nurses I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. My deepest condolences. I had the privilege of working with Susan at PBGMC, from the time she was a new graduate and also at WPH. She was such an outstanding, genuinely caring nurse and patient advocate. She was also an inspiring professional to those who worked with her. There are many who share your grief in her passing.

I hired Susan into Columbia Hospital what is now known as West Palm  many years ago.She was an excellent nurse and cared deeply about her patients. May she enter into eternal rest and perpetual light shine upon her. May her family members take comfort in knowing  that she is with almighty God and will walk forever more in his presence

My sincere condolences to Susan's family. Susan was volunteering in MyClinic on Saturday mornings. We appreciated the time that she spent with us serving the poor in our community and helping our doctors. She was a vivacious, happy lady that we enjoyed working with.

To the Serpa Family:  Cheryl and I want to express our sincere condolences following the untimely passing of Susan.  I recall getting to know Susan as she studied at Georgetown University in the nursing program.  My sister, Lisa, was also part of the program.  Susan was always full of life and energy.  Her smile was infectious, and she had a tremendous sense of humor.  I can only imagine how her larger-than-life personality must have brought light and laughter to all those she treated as a nurse. Tom and I are so saddened to hear of Susan's way too early passing.  We have many wonderful and fun memories of times spent with her.  She was always the life of the party!!  I also worked with her and know she was a very dedicated and loving nurse.  She will be missed by so many.  My thoughts and prayers to her family.

I did not know she was a nurse - such a caring and compassionate career that she chose. I am sure she was a wonderful nurse. May she rest in peace; and may you find comfort in your memories of her.

Susan, I am remembering all the times we sat across from each other at committee meetings - meetings that were always lively, because of your electric personality and your passion. I am so very sorry to hear of Susans' death. She will be greatly missed by her patients, physicians and coworkers. She knew all of her patients and made sure they were comfortable and well cared for, she made it a point to know all of them and to ensure that their care was delivered in a timely manner.
Her family, friends, patients, Georgetown and her faith were important to her and she spoke of all frequently.

Susan I only knew you for a short time but your energy and personality lite up a room and you made people smile. My condolences to your family at this time of your passing.
