Mr. DeFilippis was born on May 3, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York and is preceded in death by his wife; Maria DeFilippis.
Survivors include his daughter; Lisa Drew and son-in-law; David Kraft; his son Joseph DeFilippis and daughter-in-law; Deirdre DeFilippis; and his son; Frank DeFilippis and daughter-in-law; Helene DeFilippis.
Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main Street, Babylon, New York, 11702 from 6:00 pm until 9:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph, 39 North Carll Avenue, Babylon, New York, 11702 with burial to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, New York.
