William Stanley Dees age 78 of Juno Beach passed away peacefully on October 12, 2015. Stan is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Sylvia, his son William Stanley Dees, Jr. (Mary Christie), his daughter Ellen Dees Andel (Ladislav) and his 5 grandchildren; Alexander Dees, Lauren Dees, Zachary Dees, Sophia Andel and Anna Andel. Stan was born in Albany, Georgia and grew up in Dothan, Alabama. He received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and worked his entire career at Pratt & Whitney. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather who was always warm and kind. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
