William “Bill” Errig of Discovery Village, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, passed away peacefully on January 9 2025, aged 88. Beloved uncle of Robin Mullen Dagan of Pennsauken, NJ and Robert W. Mullen (Jennifer A.) of Jupiter, FL. Devoted great uncle of Joselyn (John Paul) Springer, Kimberly (Alex) Palacio, Courtney Dagan and Matthew Dagan. Proud great great uncle to Jackson Springer. Beloved cousin to John and Philomena Voshell, their daughters Karen and Teddy. Loving friend to Neal, Elizabeth, Jim, Jan, Joanne, Phil, Bert, George and Bea. Loyal dog-dad to Asta and Skipper.
Born August 19, 1936, to John and Mary Errig, in Woodlynne, NJ, Bill spent most of his life in New Jersey. He served honorably in the United States Air Force 1958-1962. He was a welder by trade and spent his career with the DuPont Chemical Company. In 1997 he relocated to Stuart, Florida to run a flower shop. He enjoyed travelling, boating, renovating houses, and volunteering at local hospitals. He doted on his many nieces, nephews, and cousins, and blessed his wide family with his enthusiasm, good humor and tremendous laugh.
He spent his final days surrounded by his loving family. He will be dearly missed.
