Agnes "Nani" Cockett Vitale, 65 of Waikapu passed away on August 26, 2015 at Maui Medical Center. She was born on May 18, 1950 in Wailuku and retired as a bartender from Maui Country Club.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 9am, service at 10am and lunch at 11am at St. Ann's Church in Waihee.
Agnes was predeceased by her mother, Hannah Cockett (Furukawa). She is survived by her father, Edmund (Martha) Cockett; brothers, Louis (Susan) Joaquin, Wayne (Stefanie) Cockett, and Charles Joaquin; sisters, Carol (Billy) Jones and Lorraine Manalo; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunties and uncles.
