Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2013 at Ballard Family Mortuary, memorial services will begin at 7 p.m.

Ed was a senior consultant to the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and owner of Shifted Logic. He will forever be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his Life Partner, Lisa Thompson; father, Alan Edward (Denise) Nielsen Sr.; mother, Laurie (Jack) Neff; son, Casey Nielsen; Lisa’s daughters, Nikkosha, Erika, and Tatiana Thompson; brothers, Michael (Alison) Nielsen, Ben (Jen) Neff, Justin Nielsen, and David Neff.
