He was born on September 19,1963 in Makaha, Oahu.
He worked many years in the construction industry and ended his career at Stopwatch Bar & Grill in Makawao as a cook.
Alan is survived by his beautiful, loving wife Lisa Kahuhu; children, Kristine Kahuhu, Lyndsey Kahuhu, Keani Kahuhu and Luke Kahuhu; Grandson, Nehemiah Kahuhu; Sisters, Evelyn (Kim) Yip Chow, Melinda (MuliMuli) Agaleva’a, Irene (John) Davis, and brother Dana Kahuhu; In-laws Donald and Arlene Ruffatto; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunties and uncles.
He is predeceased by his parents David Alapai Kahuhu and Evelyn Malia Mikiko Kahuhu; Brothers David Alapiko Kahuhu and Anthony “Bubu” Kahuhu.
Visitations will be held from 9:30am to 11:30 am on May 27th at Christ the King Church, 20 W Wakea Ave, Kahului.
Services to begin at 11:30 am with Mass to follow at 12:30.”
