ALICE CHUN

Alice S. Chun, 94, of Hilo, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at the Hilo Medical Center. Alice was born on June 19, 1921 in Honolulu. Alice Volunteered with many organizations including Hawaii Meals on Wheels, Hospice Hawaii, Kuakini Medical Center, Makiki district Park and was a member of Manoa Valley Church. Visitation will be held on March 12, @ 11:00 AM and a celebration of life to follow at 12:00 PM at Manoa Valley Church, 2728 Huapala Street, Honolulu. She is survived by her Spouse Kenneth Chun of Hilo; son Alan (Terry) Chun of Hong Kong; daughters Janis (Milton) Kalua of Hilo and Alycia (Elvin) Case of Sonoma, CA; sisters Naomi Wilkinson of Honolulu and Leialoha Ganon of Honolulu; 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of monetary gifts, memorial donations may be made to Hawaii Meals on Wheels, P.O. Box 61194, Honolulu, HI 96839, Manoa Valley Church or to your favorite charity.
