Andrea is survived by her father, John Butchart (Jean Souza); mother, Clare Ventura; step-father, Kimo Field; sisters, Tracy Clare Kalama (Keola Kauha’aha’a), Charlene Butchart (Troy Hertzog), Karen Butchart (Kenny Louis); nieces, Alina (Brandon) , Olivia, Mary, Ayvah, Camilla, Nanea, Caroline; nephews, Aaron, Kayden, Cameron, Kymani, Alema, Aukai, Charlie; numerous more family members, cousins and friends.
Services to be held at Norman’s Mortuary, Wailuku, Maui, on June 19, 2015. Visitation from 5-6 pm; service will begin at 6 pm; scattering of ashes at a later date.
