Anita Maelehualani Uribes, 47, of Pahoa, passed away Monday January 5, 2015 at the Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Kona. Private services will be held. She is survived by her spouse Damon “David” Uribes III of Oceanview; mother Elsie Sanchez of Pahoa father john Santana Sanchez of Kau; sons Anthony Wright of Kau, Troy Wright of California; brothers John Sanchez of Pahoa, Revelation Cenford of Maui; sisters Rose Fernandez of Kau, Gloria Sanchez of Kau, Tina Sanchez of Pahoa, Elsie Uribes of Kau, Wallene Jantral of Georgia; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
