Visitation will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Wailuku; mass will begin at 8:00 p.m. A graveside service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at the Maui Veteran's Cemetery in Makawao; burial will follow.
Aurelio retired from the United States Army after serving 26 years. He later worked as a warehouse Supervisor for NAPA Auto Parts. He is survived by his son, Michael (Shirley) Aguinaldo; daughter, Maryann (George Takemoto) Aguinaldo; sisters, Julia Cadiz, Esperanza Asuncion; brother, Filomeno Aguinaldo; and grandchildren, M'Chelle Aguinaldo, Shannon Aguinaldo, Ivan-Michael Aguinaldo, and Nakili'ikea "Kili" Takemoto.
