Barbara Shimoko Ornellas, 89, of Waikoloa, formerly of Ewa, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2011, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Waipahu, she retired as a sales clerk . Private service is scheduled on Saturday, January 14, 2012, at Ewa Community Church on Oahu at 11:00am. She is survived by her son Stanford James Ornellas of Honolulu; daughters Leslie Ann (Robert) Bell of Kamuela, Beth N. (Alvin) Apostadiro of Waikoloa; sister Helen Kihara of Mililani; 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren Arrangements by Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home, Hilo.
