Basilio B. Ngirasmau, 78, of Kihei, passed away on July 25, 2026, at his home surrounded by family, under the care of Hospice Maui. He was born on November 27, 1947 in Peleliu Koror Palau.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Ballard Family Mortuary; services will begin at 7:00pm; cremation will follow.
Basilio worked as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at Maui Island Tours. He also worked at grayline tours, DeCoite trucking, Robert’s Hawaii and Service Rentals and supplies Kahului. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Bernice Ngirasmau. He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Kehano (Shane-deceased); and grandchildren, Basilio “Kaleo” Ngirasmau, Shainalyn Kekahuna (Shyla), Hali’aaloha Kehano; and numerous nieces & nephews.
