Lahaina, HI - Benjamin Kamaka Puou III, 55, of Lahaina, passed away on August 23, 2026 at his home. He was born on December 31, 1970 in Kailua, O'ahu, to Benjamin Kamaka Puou Jr. of Kōʻele, Lanaʻi and Eunice Branco of Waimanalo, Oʻahu.
He is survived by his Wife Korlleen (Ginsberg); Children: Nelson Llanes III (Hannah), Shaleina Kekoa (Bevin Sr.), Devonte Llanes (Cassie); Grandchildren: Nelson Llanes IV, Braizley "Kalei", Bailey "Kawena", Bevin Jr. "Lono Boy", Vontes' babygirl on the way. Siblings: Deanie (Nua Tupola), Tuga (Nani Lee: predeceased), & Kanani; Nephews: Kaleo Puou-Guzon (Kaliko), Mosese, Inoa, Xaiver, Jansen, Blazen, Koa, & Kaimana "Kamaka". Nieces; Jazmine & Kanoe.
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 25,2026 at Lahaina Civic Center. Immediate Family 2:00-4:00pm, Service & Eulogy 4:00-5:00pm, Food & Fellowship 5:00-10:00pm.
