
Visitation services will be Friday, July 27, 2012, 6:00pm – 9:00pm at Ballard Family Mortuary. A celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, July 28, 2012, 9:00am – 12:00pm at King’s Cathedral Maui.
Mrs. Perry was a homemaker, a cannery worker at the Libby Pineapple Company during the summer and one of the founding members of King’s Cathedral Maui.
She is preceded in death by her parents Victorio and Mary T Pacheco, her husband Raphael (Felo) Perry Sr, son Raphael Perry Jr, daughter Mary Ann Perry, sister Antonia (Pacheco) Torres, brothers Antonio T Pacheco, Laurence T Pacheco, Joseph T Pacheco, John T Pacheco, Henry T Pacheco and step-brother Henry Pacheco.
Survivors are her children, Shirley P K Choy (Bill) of Wailuku, Maui, Harry Perry Sr (Benerita) of Pahoa, Hawaii, Betty A Kaya (Adrian) of Kahului, Maui, Steven W Perry of Prescott, Arizona; adopted children Sheila M Zarle (Michael) of Lakeland, Florida and John D Perry (Deandra) of Kahului, Maui; brothers and sisters Manuel T Pacheco (Joanne) of Manteca, California, Santo T Pacheco of Kahului, Maui, Frances “Sica” Feliciano (James “Lelo”) of Kihei, Maui, Richard T Pacheco of Wailuku, Maui, Daniel T Pacheco (Karen) of Kihei, Maui, David T Pacheco (Lucille) of Kahului, Maui, Nancy Moniz of Kahului, Maui, Marie Gonsalves of Wailuku, Maui, 8 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
