Charles Anthony DeWitt, 88, of Hawi, Hawaii, was born in Union, Iowa on April 5, 1928, and passed away at home on January 18, 2017 in Hawi, Hawaii. Charles served our Country in the Navy and was a retired dredge operator, and maintenance supervisor for Waikoloa Land Company and Ocean Sports Hawai'i.
He is survived wife Emily; son David (Tiffany) DeWitt of Litchfield Park, Arizona; daughters Dorothy McDaniel of Honolulu, Hawaii; Vynetta DeWitt of Sacramento, California; sister Barbara Albertoni of Solvang, California; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Private services will be held.
