He is survived by his mother Valerie Allen of Captain Cook; and Mark (Rachel Kanowsky) Allen of Meadow Vista, California.
A Memorial Service will be held on September 30 at 10:00 at Pu’uhonoa O’ Honaunau in the back by the picnic tables. There will be a potluck to follow. Please bring your own chairs.
