Dale "Pui" Puipui Phillips, 42, of Hana, Maui, passed away on February 28, 2012, at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born on January 1, 1970, in Hana, Maui. Pui worked for the County of Maui. He is predeceased by his sister, Jennifer Kahomenani Phillips; survived by his mother, Joycelene Uluwehi Phillips; brother, David Lanakila (Ilona) Phillips; step brother, Martin (Fe) Hill; and sister, Jaydene Uilani (Hatota) Phillips-Tehiva.
Visitation: Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2012, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service 7:30 p.m.
Services: Visitation will also be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2012, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints, Hana Branch; service will start at 11:00 a.m.
Interment: Burial will follow at Pu'u O' Kaha'ula Cemetery in Hana.
