David Gene McMurry, 71, of Fresno, California, was born in Burlington, Des Moines, Iowa on June 15, 1945, and passed away on August 31, 2016 in Waikoloa, Hawaii. David served our Country in the Navy and worked in Construction.
He is survived by sons Nathan (Gina) McMurry of Fresno, California; Leif McMurry of Australia; daughters Christy (Thomas) Buehlmann of Australia; Melissa McMurry of Newberg, Oregon; Summer (Jay) Whatley of Australia; Asha McMurry of Australia; Leah McMurry of Australia; brother Robert (Thelma) McMurry of Fresno, California; sister Glenda McPherson of Oregon; and 11 grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held Thursday September 15, 2016, at 11:00 am at People’s Church, located at 7172 N. Cedar Ave., Fresno, CA 93720.
