Edgar David Sullivan, 86, of Paauilo, passed away on Saturday August 15, 2015 in Paauilo, HI at home. He was born in Detroit, Michigan was a longtime missionary to Japan and pastored in Hawaii and Arkansas before moving back to Hawaii in 2011. Services for Brother Sullivan will be held August 29th, 2015 at Kaneohe Missionary Baptist Church, 45-131B Waikapoki Rd, Kaneohe HI 96744. Visitation will be at 10am and a Celebration of Life Service at 11am. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Velma Sullivan, his brother Don Sullivan and sister Carolyn Andrysco; and son-in-law George Gonzalez; He is survived by his spouse Neva Joyce (Nixon) of Paauilo; son David of Paauilo; daughter Ruth (Greg) Chandler of Colorado Springs, CO, Mary (Shawn) Souza of Paauilo, HI, Sharon Gonzales of Lihue, Hi; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; In lieu of flowers, please donate to the missions fund of your local church.
