Eleanor is preceded in death by George Peters Ferreira (Husband), George Waipuna Ferreira (Son), Louise Kalahiki, Josephine Auld, Lucille Aki, Marlene Stoll (Sisters), Paul Burns, Chester Burns, Kenwell Burns (Brothers)

Survived by her daughters, Gretchen Dafun, Heidi Au (Dexter), Georgina Nihipali and sons Everett Ferreira (Carol), Kieven Ferreira, 21 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, 25 great great grandchildren and her brother Robert Burns of Makakilo, Oahu.

Mom loved and enjoyed music, could play a variety of musical instruments too. She had a beautiful singing voice and when gathered with her siblings the combination of all their voices was such a blessing to hear and enjoyed by all. She shared lots of stories of growing up in the "Burns Ohana" good and bad, joyful and sad. She loved gatherings with family and friends, always loving and often very humorous. There are so many memories to share about Our Mother (and our Dad too) but that will come at other times amongst family and friends.

On behalf of the Ferreira and Burns Ohana, we extend our Aloha to the Staff of "Kalama Heights Care Home" and "Aloha Care" for the dedication, care and service they provided for our Mother through the years.

A service for Mom will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Ballard Family Mortuary, 440 Ala Makani Street, Kahului. Visitation begins at 9:00 AM followed by a Service.

As Mom would say often, "A Hui Ho" Until We Meet Again
