Forrest Hoke, 30, of Haiku, Maui, passed away on June 5th, 2014. He was born on November 5th, 1983 in Wailuku, Maui.
Forrest is survived by his father, Coursen Hoke; mother, Michele Hoke; sisters, Emily Hoke (Andrew Dittmore), Lantana Hoke, Holly Hoke; nephew, Harvey Dittmore; and his beloved dogs, Crush and Balu.
Forrest was an avid fisherman and waterman who enjoyed making others laugh. He will be missed by many.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th at Giggle Hill from 2:00 to sunset.
