Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Frankie was a retired Repair Man for RCA (Radio Corporation of America). He is survived by his daughters, Kim (Robert) Hera, Melody Bermundo; son, Nolan Bermundo; brothers, Benigno “Ben” Hoopai, Resurrecion Bermundo; sisters, Myrna Bermundo, Tessie Bermundo-Castro, Connie Higaki; and grandchildren, Lopaka Hera, Kainani Hera, and Kamila Hera.
