Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Waiola Church in Lahaina, at 5:00 pm, with services over urn at 6:00 pm.
He was a well-known coach for several Oregon and West Maui softball and baseball teams.
He is survived by his sons, Shelton K.K. Mahuna, Nolan A.G. Gonsalves and Devin C. Bonnell; daughters, Liana N. Gonsalves and Kayla D.A. Gonsalves; his parents, John and Ruth Gonsalves; brother, John A. K. (Boonchu) Gonsalves, Jr.; and his sister, Judy (Raymond) Guerrero.
