Howard Francis Yap, 76, of Pukalani, passed away on May 1, 2011, at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born on October 29, 1934, in Paia. Ballard Family Mortuary is assisting with arrangements. Howard retired from AMFAC Construction Building Materials. He is survived by his wife, Ellen M. Yap; son, Radford Alan Yap; daughters, Tanya Ann Comeaux, Terry Lynn Yap; sisters, Lorraine Roberts, Germaine Eagan; grandchildren, Sheri Ann Lopes, Tiana Comeaux, Taralei Lopes, Ikaika Yap, Taylin Comeaux; great grandchildren, Mailani Manoa Yap, Ayanna Moriwake, and Ioane Kahue Manoa Yap.
Visitation: Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 21, 2011, at Ballard Family Mortuary
Services: service will start at 11:00 a.m.
Interment: burial 12:30 p.m. at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku.
