James "Jimmy" Anthony Sousa, 79, of Kula, Maui, passed away on February 28, 2011. He was born on June 21, 1931, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Jimmy worked in the construction Industry. He is survived by his wife, Maxine Sousa; sons, James A.K. (Naomi) Sousa, Vance Sousa; daughters, Ynez Kakugawa, Elana Sousa; brothers, John Philip Sousa, Michael Sousa; sister, Toni Hamilton; and 5 grandsons, Coein, Kalani, Keala, Kela, Christian. Visitation: Visitation will begin from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2011, at Ballard Family Mortuary. The family requests casual attire.
