She is survived by daughter, Madeline Kaawa (Matthew Felix); sisters, Thelma Kahakua, Carrol (Denny) Crall; brother in law, Richard Kahalewai; sister in law, Stella Pedro; 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; in addition to numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Visitation/Wake will be held Friday, February 2, 2024 from 5-9 pm at Ballard Family Mortuary, Hilo. Services on Saturday, February 3, 2023, Visitation 8-10am, Mass 10am at Malia Puka O Kalani Church, 326 Desha Ave, Hilo.
