Jocelyn Watari

January 16, 1979 – August 1, 2026

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jocelyn Watari, who left us on August 1, 2026, at the age of 47.

Jocelyn is survived by her son, Joey Kamalani (Michelle), mother, Joanne Borge, father, James Watari, brother, Cory Keator, two grandchildren and numerous cherished friends.

Jocelyn brought immense joy and love into the lives of her grandchildren, Mia and Easton, and was extremely devoted to them. She treasured her time spent with her son and grandchildren.

Jocelyn had a deep love for the ocean and found happiness in diving and being surrounded by the beauty of the ocean.

The love she shared with her family was at the heart of her life, and the memories they created together will be cherished forever.

Jocelyn will be remembered for the love she gave, the joy she brought to those around her, and the special place she held in the hearts of her family and friends. Though she will be deeply missed, her love and memory will continue to live on through the people she touched.

Jocelyn's celebration of Life will be held on September 5, 2026 at Ballard Family Mortuary. Visitation will begin at 9am.
