Joe Nekaifes of Kula, Maui, Passed away surrounded by his loving family. He was 70 years old when he went to be with the Lord. He was born to Jose Angairo Nekaifes and Agnes Olaitiman Laraol Nekaifes on April 30, 1954 in Garapan, Saipan. He is the 2nd youngest of 10 children. He came to Maui in 1976. To further his education where he met his wife Maraea K. Nekaifes and they had their three children Joseph Nekaifes, Angela (Nartin) Mike and Trisha Nekaifes. His three grandchildren Isaiah, Kendall, and Destinie Mike kept him young at heart. Joe Nekaifes is also survived by his sister Margarita ‘’Maggie’’ Igisaiar who resides on the island of Saipan.
