Visitations will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Ballard Family Mortuary from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with service to begin at 7:00 p.m.; cremation to follow.
Joe is predeceased by his son, “Tommy”; survived by his wife, Judith Rossi; daughters, LeAndra Livingston, Christina Park, Shani Knowles, brother, Barney Rossi; granddaughters, Chadera Namauu, Katrina Park, Alexia Alizna, Kayleena Park; and his beloved man’s best friend, Syko the German shepherd.
