Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, November 20, 2015, at Ballard Family Mortuary, services will begin at 7 p.m.
Visitation will resume on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Ballard Family Mortuary at 8 a.m., services at 9 a.m., and burial at 10:30 a.m. at Maui Memorial Park Cemetery Maui View, a new location along Wainu Road.
Juvylyn was a room attendant at the Grand Wailea Hotel.
She is survived by her husband, Jeslie Butay; daughter, Sharmaine Jolleen Butay; son, Zion Jesse Butay; father, Sergio Bareng; siblings, Marilyn (Alfonso) Ferrer, Michael (Gloria) Bareng, Marites (Florendo) Bugaoisan, Kennedy (Marilyn) Bareng, Gilbert Bareng, Maribel (Alexander) Martinez, Madelyn (Arman) Ramento, and Jennine (Lovejoy) Fernando.
