

Our beloved Kaluhialoha Tiare Eldridge made the world a much brighter place on December 19th, 1981 and was embraced in the arms of her father, Carl Ka‘ohuokaleponi “Kale Boy” Eldridge, Jr. on April 28th, 2024 in Wailuku, Maui.She worked as a Hawaiian Language Teacher and Cultural Facilitator. She was fiercely proud of her Polynesian ancestry and loved to share her knowledge so that others could experience and appreciate the same sense of pride that she did.Kaluhialoha is survived by her mother, Maxine Nālani Eldridge; aunts, Michelle Mililani “Nani” Smith (Kehau) and Raquel Moana Dudoit; sisters, Tamara Piʻilani (Mizue) Eldridge, Michelle “Tida” Nichole Haʻaheo Eldridge, Tasha Kahopehele Eldridge (James); nephews, Kiyozo Vaitu‘ulala (Taylor) and Kalula and Kaholoaʻe Vaituʻulala, Tevarua Eldridge (Savanah) and Sanitoʻa Kahakai-Eldridge; nieces, Tenania Eldridge and Maxine Wilson; hānai sister, La Verne Taufi and many cousins and friends. There are way too many to list here, but you know who you are and how much she loved each and every one of you…GOOGS (to no end).Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 15th, 2024 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Kahului Stake Center on the corner of Lono and Kamehameha Avenue. Visitation will be at 9 a.m, Service at 11 a.m with Lunch to follow immediately after.
