Kealii Gaud

KeAlii Ho’omau Ka’ea Oka Aina I Kapono Brash Gaud, 41, of Kula, passed away on Febryary 11, 2018 at his residence. KeAlii was also known as “Kea”.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday March 4, 2018 at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului. Service will begin at 3p.m

Kea was born on May 23, 1976 in Oahu. He was raised in Kaneohe, Hawaii and a 1995 graduate of St. Louis High School.

Kea later moved to Maui. He opened a steak plate business that has been running for 9 years at the Pukalani Foodland in Upcountry Maui.

The highlight of his life were his two daughters, Shyla-Tehara, Harlee-Rose and wife Krissy. His favorite place to go with his family was Disney World.

Kea survived by his true love Krissy; children, Shyla-Tehara (12 years old), Harlee-Rose (9 years old), Kauilani, Pukoa, and Keoni; parents, William and Rosebell Gaud; sister, Donna (Kapa) Haskell; brothers in law, Nathan and Woody Moore; grandmother, Winifred Gaud. He also survived by numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
