Kim Brookes Beatty, 60, of Kailua Kona died December 21, 2015. He was born July 30, 1955 in Ft. Wayne Indiana. Kim moved to Kona in 1974 and worked as a waiter at the old Kona Hilton and later at Huggo’s Restaurant. He is survived by his brother, Michael (Ululani) Beatty of Kailua Kona; sisters, Sherry Glass of Ft. Wayne, Indiana and Deborah Beatty of Kihei, Maui; and numerous nieces and nephews.
