Koichi “Kopey” Miyamoto, 92, formerly of Pepeekeo, passed away on September 04, 2019, under the care of Islands Hospice Maui. He was born on November 05, 1926, in Hilo.

Koichi was a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. He is survived by his wife, Satoye “Pansy” Miyamoto; sons, Robin (Allison) Miyamoto, Bradley (Shanell) Miyamoto. Siblings, Saburo (Annette) Miyamoto, Sueno Sasano, Mabel Momohara. 3 grandchildren, Kayla, Kristiann, Zackary; and 1 great granddaughter Alexis, and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
