Lani Pele Hiong Hing Wong, 89, of Hilo, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2013. She was born in Pahoa. Funeral services will be held at Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home on Thursday, November 7, 2013. Visitation at 8:30 am, service at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park and Cemetery at 11:30 am. She is survived by her sons Clyde Wong of Hilo, Gordon Oshiro of Hilo, Cyrus (Sunny) Wong of Washington and Lester (Colette) Wong of Texas; daughters Joycelyn (Frank) Manalili of Hilo, Harrilyn Wong of Kona and Tracie Tina Fernandez- Wong of Honolulu; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
