Layla Sanchez-Tolentino

Born silently into our hearts on September 10, 2025, returned to the heavens that very day.

Though Layla entered this world in perfect silence, her presence spoke volumes. From the moment we knew she was on her way, our hearts filled with anticipation. We dreamed of her smile, her laughter and a life we all would share – birthdays, bedtime stories, fishing adventures and everything else in between. As little as she was, she left a big impression – she changed us forever. She touched our lives so deeply and will remain in our hearts always.

Layla is lovingly held in memory by her parents, Liana Sanchez and Braydon Spencer-Tolentino; Fur-Brother La’akea Sanchez-Tolentino; Grandparents, Perl Sanchez (Albert Guerrero), Derrick and Kimberley Tolentino, Lester Ramoran (predeceased, and by many family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Ballard Family Mortuary, 440 Ala Makani Street, Kahului, Maui. Public visitation will be from 9:00am to 10:00am, with service to follow from 10:00am to 12:00pm. We invite guests to wear pink and/or aloha attire, bringing warmth and color to this day of remembrance.
