Lazaro Guira Ulep, 75 of Makawao, passed away on June 11, 2025 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born on December 25, 1949 in the Philippines.
Visitation will be held from 9-11am on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Ballard Family Mortuary; services will start at 11am; burial will follow, 2pm at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku.
Lazaro was a retired Irrigator at Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company (HC&S). He was predeceased by his parents, Angel & Matilde Ulep. He is survived by his beloved wife, Alicia Ulep; his children, Leilanie Ulep, Antonio Ulep (Vanessa), Francisca Ulep; siblings, Virginia Fiesta (Marcos-deceased), Alfredo Ulep (Anelyn), Alonso Ulep (Myrna); 10 grandchildren, James, Leinie, Joseph, Vincent, Angelo, Antonette, Crizencio, Jeremy, Arjay, Wubin; and 1 great grandchild, Rionnah.
